Return Policy

At The Cozy Bare, we want you to love your sleepwear as much as we love creating it! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Printed Pajama Sets, Luxury Satin Sleepwear, or Bridal & Special Occasion Pajamas, we are here to help. Please carefully review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
    • Lingerie or intimate wear
    • Personalized or custom-made pajamas
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or final sale items

Please note that any items returned to us in an unacceptable condition will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at melissa@thecozybare.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item: Please package the item securely in its original packaging or a similar protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.

Note: If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after receiving the return.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We strive to ensure that every item you receive from The Cozy Bare is of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at melissa@thecozybare.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, including covering return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at melissa@thecozybare.com, and we will gladly assist you.

International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return. Please ensure the package is marked as β€œReturned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
