Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it right away. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer several shipping options to ensure that your pajamas reach you in a timely and convenient manner.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

All shipping times are estimates and do not account for unexpected delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other external factors.

International Shipping

We proudly ship The Cozy Bare products worldwide! Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

  • Standard International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Expedited International Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Please check your country’s customs policies prior to ordering.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be impacted by customs clearance procedures.

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout when the order total meets the threshold.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept the shipment, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping information. In such cases, any additional shipping costs to reship the package will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Cozy Bare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. If the carrier is unable to assist, please reach out to us at melissa@thecozybare.com for further assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries around the world. However, please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain items, due to their material or size, may be restricted in some regions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order (e.g., shipping address or items) or wish to cancel, please contact us at melissa@thecozybare.com within 24Β hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines provided, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as inclement weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. In these cases, we will do our best to communicate any changes and provide updates on the status of your delivery.
